Christine has always loved the advertising and media industries for the creative, interesting, smart and truly inspiring people they attract. She started in media planning (cue the calculator clicking) at various small to mid-size agencies, where she worked on brands including UPS, Haagen-Dazs and Major League Baseball. In 1998 she made the jump to a larger pond – Universal McCann – where she led strategic thinking and planning for Microsoft XBox, Sony Electronics, Labatt USA, and Sprint.
It was at Universal McCann that she uncovered and started following her passion for people. Stepping into a recruiting role, she was able to cut her HR teeth before leaping well and truly into a new career. The next few years were trailblazing for her and for agency HR. As the first Vice President of Talent Acquisition for MediaVest, then as Managing Partner, People & Culture at MEC, she created and restructured the shape of recruiting and HR functions alike. She implemented recruiting and staffing strategies and practices that set a new benchmark for talent acquisition and retention.
Christine considers herself beyond fortunate to have been given the opportunity to join and build Liberty Blue, where she’s able to meet amazing people and help fulfill the great potential of future leaders and clients. At the core, she loves what she does.
