Caroline began her career at Y+R in 1988, rising from Graduate Trainee to Account Director and working on a wide variety of accounts, as well as being a regular member of the new business pitch team.
In 1994 she moved to a Senior Account Director role at HHCL (which was coincidentally voted Campaign's Agency of the Decade a couple of years later) where she worked on various accounts, including the AA and Tango.
In 1997 she moved to BMP DDB (Campaign's Agency of the Year in 2001) and was promoted to the board in 2001.
16 years and 2 children on Caroline retired from advertising agency life and spent six months qualifying as a personal fitness trainer. But she missed ‘Adland' and so took the plunge into the world of talent and search.
Caroline was a headhunter with the Garden Partnership for 5 years before joining Gay Haines at Liberty Blue. She loves this job as it keeps her in touch with the industry and the talented / funny people that work in it without having to stay up all night to make amends for a midnight deadline. She relishes matching talented people with the right agency opportunities and enjoys getting to know her candidates and clients.
